Jaclyn Ditter, LCMHC, LCAS, received her BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Lacrosse and her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and Substance Abuse at East Carolina University. Her counseling background working in mental health and substance abuse has been fundamental in the development of her being able to treat adolescents, emerging adults and established adult populations, as well as, families in their transition from addiction to recovery.
She believes in a strength-based perspective while using her knowledge of multiple therapy modalities to find the best fit for each client. Some of her focus pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Her specialties include treating depression, anxiety, comorbid conditions, substance use, relationship issues, life transitions and codependency.
Jaclyn moved to North Carolina in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting her family in Wisconsin, trying new foods and experiencing new places.
