Morrow M. Dowdle, PA-C completed a B.A. at The Johns Hopkins University and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at The Medical University of South Carolina. She began her career as a Physician Assistant in primary care before transitioning to psychiatry as a specialty in 2013. Morrow enjoys treating all psychiatric disorders, particularly mood disorders (including postpartum depression), obsessive-compulsive disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, and sleep-wake disorders.
She is also interested in patients who have neurological, rheumatological, and endocrine disorders along with their psychiatric symptoms. Morrow advocates for a comprehensive approach to mental healthcare that includes non-pharmaceutical approaches, and has experience using evidence-based complementary medicine as part of psychiatric treatment. Morrow is welcoming to LGBTQ patients. When not at work, Morrow enjoys creative writing, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
